We are excited to offer this wonderful opportunity following the departure of our previous Deputy Headteacher in summer 2024. We’re looking for someone who will work closely with the Headteacher and our amazing team to ensure our students receive the very best experiences and opportunities.
The Deputy Headteacher we are looking for will:
- Be passionate about helping all children succeed and see the potential in every one of them.
- Be deeply committed to upholding and promoting the Christian vision, mission, and values that define our school.
- Possess the knowledge and skills to effectively monitor, evaluate, and lead whole school improvement, with a particular focus on teaching, learning and standards of attainment.
- Understand the vital role of a Church of England school within its community and embrace the opportunity to live out Gospel values in their daily life.
- Support, inspire, and empower our teaching staff to bring out the best in their practice.
- Build strong, positive relationships with colleagues, children, and the wider community, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and commitment.
- Share our unwavering commitment to safeguarding, welfare, and the wellbeing of all children and staff.
