Absence during Term Time
If you would like to take your child out of school for any reason, other than medical appointments, the absence request form must be completed and returned to school. Please give as much detail as possible and remember to add any supporting documents. The form can be downloaded or paper copies are available from the School Office.
Family holidays during term time, regardless of length or current absence record, cannot be authorised. Absence for holidays will be marked as unauthorised.
